We refuse any stock that arrives without a manufacturer or authorised-distributor invoice bearing a matching HS code, batch number, and importer registration. If you can't prove where it came from, it doesn't come in.
Our warehouse team photographs every carton on arrival, records the batch number against the brand's official registry (or the manufacturer's response to our direct enquiry), and inspects seal integrity, holograms, and print quality.
Before any SKU is listed, Dr. Samia Rahman (MBBS, DDV) reviews the full INCI list and writes a 2–4 sentence safety note covering pregnancy, breastfeeding, layering conflicts, and patch-test guidance — printed on the product page and inside your parcel.
Our Gulshan-1 warehouse holds a constant 22°C and 45% relative humidity. Retinoids, Vitamin C, and peptide-based products are kept in light-proof storage. Every parcel leaves with a QR-coded batch card you can verify on arrival.
No other skincare house in Bangladesh offers this. If any product you receive from us fails a formal authenticity challenge, we refund twice the price you paid — no questions, no paperwork beyond the challenge itself.
