Counterfeit skincare is a public health problem in Bangladesh — not a nuisance. It breaks skin barriers, causes contact dermatitis, and erodes a generation's trust in self-care. We don't just promise authenticity. We prove it, four times, before a single product reaches our shelf.
We refuse any stock that arrives without a manufacturer or authorised-distributor invoice bearing a matching HS code, batch number, and importer registration. If you can't prove where it came from, it doesn't come in.
Our warehouse team photographs every carton on arrival, records the batch number against the brand's official registry (or the manufacturer's response to our direct enquiry), and inspects seal integrity, holograms, and print quality.
Before any SKU is listed, Dr. Samia Rahman (MBBS, DDV) reviews the full INCI list and writes a 2–4 sentence safety note covering pregnancy, breastfeeding, layering conflicts, and patch-test guidance — printed on the product page and inside your parcel.
Our Gulshan-1 warehouse holds a constant 22°C and 45% relative humidity. Retinoids, Vitamin C, and peptide-based products are kept in light-proof storage. Every parcel leaves with a QR-coded batch card you can verify on arrival.
Don't chase the cheapest product — look for the real one. A cheap counterfeit can damage your skin, and using nothing at all does less harm than using a fake. But a high price is no guarantee either: people overpay for counterfeits every day.
Authentic skincare costs money to source, so a seller who genuinely imports the real thing prices it a little higher. When a price looks unusually low, that is the signal: it is almost always Chowkbazar grey-market stock, or near-expiry and expired stock — the kind that harms skin rather than helping it.
