7-Day Return Window
Return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and sealed condition.
Free Returns in Dhaka
We provide free pickup for eligible returns within Dhaka. For returns outside Dhaka, a shipping fee of ৳130 applies and will be deducted from the refund.
2x Money Back Guarantee
If you receive a counterfeit product, we'll refund double your money. Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery with photos, batch number, and purchase details. Our team will verify and respond within 5 business days.
Quick Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank card).
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or counterfeit. Sale/clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
