Return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and sealed condition.
We provide free pickup for eligible returns within Dhaka. For returns outside Dhaka, a shipping fee of ৳130 applies and will be deducted from the refund.
If you receive a counterfeit product, we'll refund double your money. Submit a claim within 14 days of delivery with photos, batch number, and purchase details. Our team will verify and respond within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank card).
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or counterfeit. Sale/clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
