The two conditions for free delivery
Free delivery needs both of these, not either one:
1. Order value above your zone's threshold — ৳1,000 in Dhaka city, ৳1,500 sub-Dhaka, ৳2,000 outside.
2. At least 3 items in the order.
The quantity rule exists because courier cost is per parcel, not per taka. A single expensive serum costs the same to ship as three products, so the threshold alone would not cover it.
Why delivery costs more outside Dhaka
The courier charges more. Inside Dhaka city a rider completes many drops per trip; outside the division the parcel moves through a hub network with a longer route and a higher per-parcel cost. The ৳70 / ৳110 / ৳130 steps track that, rather than being a markup by zone.
Cash on delivery

What to check before you pay
Whoever you buy from, three questions decide whether the price you see is the price you pay:
1. Is the delivery charge shown before checkout, or added at the end?
2. Is the free-delivery condition stated in full — including any quantity rule?
