Salicylic Acid

An oil-soluble exfoliant that unclogs pores from inside — the gold-standard acne active.
What it does
Dissolves the oil and dead skin clogging pores. Reduces blackheads, whiteheads, and inflammatory acne. Mildly anti-inflammatory.
Who it's for
Oily, acne-prone, congested skin. Use 1–2% leave-on or 2% wash. Start 2–3× a week.
Safety
High concentrations should be avoided during pregnancy (low-percentage wash-off is generally considered safe — confirm with your doctor). Do not combine with retinol in the same routine.
