You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. TheSkinProof reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: submitting false information, manipulating reviews or ratings, attempting unauthorized access, reselling products purchased through the platform for commercial purposes without authorization, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation.
We guarantee that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic. If you receive a counterfeit product, we will provide a full refund plus an additional compensation as per our 2x Money Back Guarantee. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, batch numbers). Our verification team will review and respond within 5 business days.
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank cards, and cash on delivery. Orders may be cancelled by TheSkinProof if pricing errors occur or if fraud is suspected.
Delivery times vary by location: 1-2 days within Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, and courier service disruptions.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or counterfeit. Sellers on TheSkinProof must provide accurate product information, maintain valid trade licenses, and comply with all applicable laws. Sellers are prohibited from editing brand pages directly; all brand information is managed by TheSkinProof administrators to ensure accuracy.
All content on TheSkinProof, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to TheSkinProof and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using TheSkinProof, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
TheSkinProof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
