What it is
Sebaceous glands produce too much sebum, often due to hormones, climate (humidity), or stripping cleansers. Stripping oil makes the skin produce more — gentle is the rule.
Routine that works
Gentle gel cleanser → niacinamide 5–10% serum → lightweight gel moisturiser → SPF 50 mattifying. BHA 1–2× a week.
