Quick answer
Nothing is wrong with this skin until something is added. That makes it the type most often damaged by a routine it never needed.

Shop products for sensitive skin →The type with the most to lose
Normal-sensitive skin is balanced in oil and water but reacts easily to new ingredients. It has no problem to solve — so every product added is a risk taken for no gain. This is the type that most often arrives at "my skin suddenly became sensitive", when in fact the routine made it so.
1. Three products, and genuinely stop there
Gentle fragrance-free cleanser, simple moisturizer, sunscreen. Nothing else is required.
2. Patch-test everything, including "gentle" products
Five days, inner forearm. Reactive skin reacts to gentle things too.
3. Change one variable at a time, four weeks apart
Including the cleanser and the sunscreen, not just actives.
4. Fragrance-free is not optional here
This is the group where a fragranced moisturizer is most likely to be the entire problem.
5. Do not treat a concern you do not have
Brightening, anti-ageing and pore products are for concerns. Balanced skin adding them is how sensitivity turns into a barrier problem.
If you do want an active
Niacinamide or azelaic acid, low strength, twice a week, buffered with moisturizer. Give it four weeks before deciding.
