1. Authentic / authorised products only. A seller may only list genuine, authorised products — never “first copy,” replica or unbranded stock. (Why that matters: original vs first copy.)
2. An importer sticker on every imported product. If a product is imported, every unit must carry the importer sticker — the physical proof that it entered Bangladesh through a legal, official channel rather than the grey market.
3. Invoice and full documents proving originality. The seller must hand over the product invoice and all supporting documents that prove the item is original and legally sourced. This is the paper trail behind being invoice-verified — no documents, no listing.
4. A sample is lab-checked first — and refunded if it passes. Before a product line is approved, the seller must send a sample. Our lab experts check the sample’s ingredients; if everything is found to be correct, the cost of that sample is refunded to the seller. A product that fails the ingredient check is rejected.
5. Approved stock is held in our warehouse. Once a sample passes, the seller sends the stock to TheSkinProof’s warehouse — so that no product can accidentally ship to a customer without first being verified and properly stored.
